Mohari Hospitality enters joint venture to develop Washington D.C.’s first Four Seasons Private Residences

Mohari Hospitality, the global investment company founded by entrepreneurial investor Mark Scheinberg, announces today it has entered into a joint venture with The Georgetown Company and The Levy Group to develop the first Four Seasons Private Residences in Washington, D.C.

The new development, located in the prestigious Georgetown neighbourhood, will be the first ultra-luxury residential project in the city. Designed by world-renowned architect Sir David Adjaye, the building will feature approximately 70 luxury private residences with deluxe amenities and hotel quality services including valet parking, doorman and bellhop services and state-of-the-art health and fitness offerings. The prime location of the development, directly south of the existing Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown, will also offer sweeping views of the entire city for residents.

This world-class project will transform a prominent 2-acre property into a highly amenitized, world-class residential building with a one-acre public park designed by landscape architect OLIN.
