The grounds feature two luxury hotels (Four Seasons and Andaz), an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, 180-slip marina, and two private Beach Clubs. Mohari co-owns Peninsula Papagayo in partnership with real estate developer and asset manager, Gencom. Since taking ownership, the Mohari/Gencom partnership has invested over $100m in a wide-scale redevelopment of the resort, including significant upgrades to all amenities.
